Moltec Trading Group Ltd. (MTG) was originally established in 1980 with a vision to supply the material handling industries with Process Control Equipment, and subsequently in 1986 expanded into the distribution of electrical components. As a progressive company, and in order to serve our customers more effectively, we acquired distributorship of various products, including: Non-Metallic Wire and Cable Protection System, Moltron Photoelectric Controls, Sagab Voltage and Magnetic Field Testing Equipment.

The outstanding characteristics and diversity of the Flexible conduit system allowed us to provide a high quality, long lasting product which would fulfill a specific customer need, with our first main market being the transit industry. The full range of products and available certifications allowed us to expand our customers to include those in the Marine Engine, Mining, Robotics, Power Generation, Ship Building and Machine Industries, among others.

An increasing need for specialty products resulted in our expansion in 1999 into the design of metal adapters for use with the flexible conduit system. Our unique customer specific solutions embraced the continual changing needs of the market and its customers.

MTG Moltec’s growing reputation for finding solutions resulted in us becoming involved in various applications for both standard and EMI (electro-magnetic Interference) harness assemblies, primarily in the Hybrid Vehicle Industry. These ‘plug & play’ harness assemblies incorporated the flexible conduit system and our cutting edge adapters and connectors.
