Moltec’s engineering mission, as a valued added service, is to build a partnership with our customers to meet their unique needs and applications. To achieve this goal we have skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Designers along with supporting manufacturing capabilities that can provide complete solutions. We have found that our solutions, on many occasions, have a profound impact which enables our customers to transform how their business is done. As we stated we employ a staff of professional mechanical and electrical engineers capable of tackling design challenges from the smallest adaptors to complex harness, mechanical assemblies and systems. From the initial customer requirements we take great pride in our ability to assess and meet the challenge of a new product, always keeping in mind the company’s expectation of high quality from design, manufacture to testing while maintaining the reliability, maintainability and safety of our products.

In order for us to meet the quality we expect of ourselves, we are constantly reviewing the needs of the customer and where necessary implementing initial documents CRD’s (Customer Requirement Drawings) to better guarantee we are complying to the customers’ expectations from us. Our policy is to meet, or exceed, those expectations thus ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. For our Engineering to perform to a high standard we start by adopting ‘State-of-the-systems’. For example, we utilize Computer Aided Design CAD in the form of Solid Works for our 3D modeling/simulation and AutoCAD Inventor for our Electrical requirements. Further to the tools we use for projects, we are constantly aware that our company has to be as current as possible where Quality and Standards as concerned. To this end we review training on a regular basis to improve our skills and ability to meet new challenges.
